A Web-purchased item(s) may be returned for credit or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of an item, excluding UPS charges.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and insurance.
Returned items to be in original box or boxes, if possible. Returned item must be in undamaged condition.
Items are packed and shipped please use UPS requirements.
( i.e. double boxed with 2 inches around all 6 sides.)
Please follow the double box UPS requirement or find a UPS store near you to help package your return item.
